GIS Mapping Utility.

The program lets you quickly view of your list of GIS mapping points. You can also save the data as a DXF file for later import into CAD systems. This page has screenshots which illustrate this. The first step is to select the format, the text panel on the right of the screenshot below gives you immediate feedback on whether the format you have chosen makes sense:

Once you have format you get a graphical preview of the points you are viewing and importing, as shown above. Now simply click on OK and see the points graphically on your screen:

You can zoom and pan around the image. And it does not end there, because you can change various options as shown below:

If all you want to do is view the list of points you can stop here, but Pointor also lets you save the list as a DXF file easy import into CAD programs like AutoCAD, IntelliCAD, Rhino etc:
