IntelliCAD GIS point import Intellicad is a low cost competior to AutoCAD, and as such is used in the GIS (Geographical Information Systems) area. Pointor is a program which reads a list of points (from a text file or from Excel or Access etc) and displays them on the screen, as shown below:
Then you can save the list as a DXF file which can be opened by IntelliCAD. The picture below shows the whole simple process:
