Robot Positioning Formats (PRO version only)

Top  Previous  Next

Pointor can convert a simple DXF into a robot positioning format. Open the DXF and set the options like this:

Read-Robot-Dxf

Then use the Save pointlist to new format... function (choose P X Y Robo as the new format):

Save-Robot-Format-Point-List

Here's an example output:

P00001   313.797   269.075     0.000     0.000     0.000     0.000 0 0

P00002   297.168   280.317     0.000     0.000     0.000     0.000 0 0

P00003   279.043   288.943     0.000     0.000     0.000     0.000 0 0

P00004   259.830   294.757     0.000     0.000     0.000     0.000 0 0

...

The separators are spaces and Pointor only fills in the first three columns, point number, X and Y.

This format output option is only available in the PRO version of Pointor.
