Here's how to add sparkles to your photos... Well first let me show you the effect we are looking for:
To do this simply drag the image into the program (or use the clipboard or a file) and then choose the Sparkle effect from the list. You can fine tune the effect quite easily with the following dialog:
See that you can choose the innner and outer colors of the sparkles, as well as the number of sparkes and their size. A related effect is the Stardust effect.
