Putting shadows of text on uneven surfaces

Thisn effect will let you put short phrases on uneven surfaces like walls and water as if they were shadows cast from text cutouts:

Note how the shadow moves with the surface it is on. In the example above it is a shadow on slightly rippling sea water, in the example below it is a shadow on a rouhg beach with rocks.
