The Mad Painter Effect

Top  Previous  Next

This effect transforms your original image into a painting by a mad artist.

The artist is pretty odd, but you can tell him:

The number of brush strokes he'll use in the painting
The average stroke width.
The average stroke length.
The irregularity of the strokes (the madness of the painter).
Paint over the original image or paint over some colored paper background .
The center of the swirling madness (click on the preview image)

A related but different effect is the Paul Klee effect.
