The Ragged Edges Effect
The ragged edges shown in the image above can easily be created with the this effect, even the graded colors background. This image looks almost like looking through broken glass, though for exploding glass see the Techno Frag Effect. Apart from a broken window type effect this filter can be used to jazz up simple photographs, as you can see in the jagged edges example below.
