This effect can add a dreamy quality to your photos. It can also be used to give "black and white photo which has been hand colored" impression. For that effect look at the settings in the dialog below.
| • | Consider the "radius" as the amount of blur. |
| • | The color blur is how much colors leak from area to area. |
| • | The saturation blur is how much saturation of areas is averaged over the image. |
| • | The value blur is very much like the normal blur setting, but only spreads "brightness" around. |
