The Tiles Filter This makes your image look as if it is made up of small 3D tiles. You can change the size of the tiles and the angle of the light (which gives the 3D effect):
You can also change the veracity of the the colors, allowing you to get a more variagated color scheme for the final image. The dialog box below shows the easy control you have over the effect:
