"Punti di Vista" an exhibition by Studio F22 of works by Owen Ransen

Studio F22 is a great gallery in the wonderful town of Palazzolo sul'Oglio. It is run by Franco Rossi and his daughter Laura. The gallery celebrated 40 years of existence in 2008.

One of the first to arrive was Cynthia Penna Simonelli, and she snapped up "Something Important Remembered While Trying To Fall Asleep." Here I am doing the dedication:

Two people commented on the works displayed, the first was the art critic Romualdo Inverardi, shown on the right in the picture below.

We have a shared passion for Fripp and Eno, and I was able to tell him about a third musician of that ilk, Trey Gunn.

Next up to comment was the jounalist Tonino Zana, on the left in the photo below:

To be honest I was quite nervous so I cannot remember too much about what they said, but I do remember that they disagreed!

I'd like to thank Laura and Franco for organising the exhibition, Tonino and Romualdo for their insights, and all the friends that that came 100km away to see it. For the record here are some more photos from the opening:

I explain the workings of the Sleepy Clock to Gualtiero Marchesi.
