You can use this effect or filter to turn a photo into a painting by the famous cubist painter Georges Braque. Here is an example:
It does a lot of work for you and It is one of the heavier and so slower filters of all 130 in Repligator. But at least you don't have to worry about layers and actions and gradients and so on. Just use the dialog's sliders to get the effect you find most pleasing. The dialog for the Braque Filter Effect is shown below:
