How to get a watercolor and ink sketch effect If you want ot get an effect like the one shown below...
...it is really very easy. Bring your photo into the program and then choose the Radial Ink Sketch as the effect to apply. Also adjust the mixing slider to leave about 25% of the original image visible above the strokes of the pen. This is illustrated in the screenshot below:
Note how in the above dialog the Mix is set to 33%. This same effect can make dramatic black and white ink sketches from your photos, as shown below:
