How to create a manga cartoon effect from your photos. Here is what I mean, make the image starkly black and white and then add in the "explosion" rays:
Open the photo, or drag it into Repligator, and select Manga Rays as the effect. Next push the "fine tune" button and you will see this dialog box:
So you can choose all sorts of things about the rays. For example their color, their center (click on directly on the preview image to change the center), the brightness of the underlying image and so on. For a different sort of cartoon effect click here.
