How to apply a cartoon effect to your images quickly and easily. Simply bring in your image (in the example below I have used a close up of the Mona Lisa) into the program and choose "Cartoon Effect" from the long list of effects and filters available:
You can click on the Next Example and Previous Example buttons, or even on the Fine Tune button to have more control over the final image.
If you do click on the "Fine Tune" button in the dialog at the top of this page you will be presented with the dialog shown below:
