The Rough Sketch Effect

Top  Previous  Next

This effect uses rough dark and light pencil strokes to convert your image into a rough sketch. There are dark areas and light areas. Each of which can be controlled independently from the other.

You can control the length of the pencil marks, the approximate area which they cover, how many strokes in that area there are and their approximate direction.

If both dark and light areas cover more than 50% of the drawing then the dark and light strokes will overlap in the final image. The light areas are drawn after the dark areas and so the light strokes cover the dark strokes.
