Image Mixing

Top  Previous  Next

Image mixing allows you to keep some of the original image in your final image. The image controls are always on the right of the dialog and below the preview dialog of each effect:

Mad-Painiter-Mix

Under the preview image on the right of the dialog are two sliders and a combo box. You use the combo box to choose the sort of mix you want, and the sliders allow you to choose how much of the original image remains visible and how sharp the transition is.

In the above example the left side of the image has the effect applied to it and the right side remains as the original.

Another example, using the StarDust effect:

Star-dust-dialog.

The F7F7-Icon and F12F12-icon functions choose mixing "automatically". With the PRO version you can set to have mixing on or off in these cases.
