Pop Art Effect There are related effects (like Warhol or Scrap Art), but this effect is closely related to the pop art of Roy Lichtenstein. Here is an example:
The image on the left is the original, and the image on the right is after the effect has been applied. To give you an idea of the fine control you have over the effect here is a screenshot of the dialog box:
As you can see you have 4 levels and each level can be filled with different patterns of different stlyles and colors. The top level in the dialog is called "dark colors in the original image" and so on. You can also change the size of the outline, and how much dark areas there are in the final image.
